Why Designdesk exists.
Most Swiss startups and SMEs don't need an agency. They need design, continuously, without friction. A visual for Monday's pitch, a landing page for next month's launch, materials that hold up when the client opens the presentation.
Yet the market only offers them three options: hire, which takes six months; commission an agency, which is expensive per project; or find a freelancer, which means managing everything yourself.
Designdesk is a fourth option. An external design department, predictable, and operational from day one.

Founder, graphic design & art direction
I started out in design in 2006 at ERACOM. After my CFC and Matura, a stint in Canada, a public relations qualification with a federal diploma, and work with organizations as different as Chopard, the Paléo Festival, and the Fondation de Vernand, I found my balance: both feet in communication, my mind in design.
In 2018, I went freelance. In 2020, I went all in. For five years, I ran a traditional design agency: a quote for every service, a lot of admin for not much actual design.
Designdesk is the refined version. The model I wish I'd found when I needed it.
Kevin Dizami
Partner, industrial design, art direction, graphic design
I trained in industrial design at ECAL. Since then, I've worked for brands and institutions that leave nothing to chance: Swatch Group, Philip Morris International, Théâtre de Vidy, and projects with UNESCO and the International Olympic Committee.
Alongside this, I pursue my own practice as an object designer, exhibited in Switzerland, France, Italy, and Turkey.
Where many studios think in terms of visuals, I think in terms of objects, space, and systems. An identity is a structure before it is an image.
